Parvus Strengthens Manufacturing Operations Team to Bolster Record Company Growth

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH -- March 23, 2005 -- Parvus Corporation today announced the appointment of Michael S. Masters as Vice President of Operations, Todd L. Porter as Materials Manager and Bryce R. McMillan as Quality Manager. These three individuals bring seasoned operations management experience to the company’s manufacturing team to help support Parvus’ double-digit annual growth.

"Parvus is a very important part of the Eurotech Group, responsible for the largest embedded computing marketplace in the world (the U.S.)," said Parvus President Mark V. Santo. "The quality of these new individuals who have joined our operations management team is consistent with the importance placed on the market."

As VP of Operations for Parvus, Masters extends a long, distinguished career in manufacturing supply chain management where he held executive and director-level positions at Dayna Communications (now Intel), Gateway Computers, Sanyo Electronic (now Icon International), Flowserve Corporation, and Eaton-Kenway (now HK Systems). A resident of Sandy, Utah, Masters holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Utah.

"To better manage our growth, we are taking Parvus’ manufacturing engineering to a new level, putting in place systems and processes consistent with world-class manufacturing techniques," said Masters. "At the same time, we aim to be very customer-centered, delivering quality products, on time, and with consistency. In this way, we maximize the value that customers receive from Parvus."

Porter, Parvus’ new Materials Manager, brings to Parvus extensive experience in electronics manufacturing and commodity management. Porter previously served in several materials management and procurement roles for Evans and Sutherland Computer Corporation, Megahertz (now 3-Com), and ElectroCom. A resident of Bountiful, Utah, Porter holds a bachelors degree in business management from the University of Utah.

McMillan, Parvus’ new Quality Manager, is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with lengthy experience serving such companies as Intel, Dayna Communications, Tri-Tel Communications, Sanyo Electronic (now Icon International), Eaton-Kenway (now HK Systems), and Sperry/Unisys (now L-3 Communications). McMillan is a resident of Taylorsville, Utah. He holds a bachelors of science from Brigham Young University in Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
